The data from Mobility Sweden revealed a 9% rise in new Tesla registrations compared to the previous year, with 1,789 cars registered in December.

This surge raised Tesla’s market share in Sweden to 6.1%, up from 4.6%, according to 路透社.

Tesla’s Model Y Leads Despite a Dip in December

Despite union action including strikes and import blockades, Tesla’s Model Y emerged as Sweden’s top-selling car in 2023 with 16,412 new vehicles.

However, in December, the 型号 Y saw a dip, falling to fourth place with 1,098 new registrations, trailing behind 沃尔沃‘s XC40 which registered 1,967 cars.
