El Taycan supera a sus rivales con una vuelta récord
Porsche ha conseguido un logro revolucionario en el Nürburgring with its pre-series Taycan, driven by Lars Kern, who set a remarkable lap time of 7:07.55 minutes.
"Me esforcé al máximo, pero eso fue todo lo que pude hacer", dijo Kern.
Este rendimiento supera el récord anterior establecido por Kern en una berlina Taycan Turbo S Sport en nada menos que 26 segundos. Esta hazaña sitúa al Taycan a la altura de los hipercoches eléctricos de élite.

Un salto sin precedentes en el rendimiento
The pre-series Taycan’s superior speed and performance were evident throughout the lap, especially at the Schwedenkreuz, where it was 25 km/h faster than the 2022 Taycan Turbo S.
By the time Kern reached the finish line near Grandstand 13, he had already surpassed his previous record in the Taycan Turbo S by over 1.3 kilometers, a testament to Porsche’s advancements in electric vehicle technology.

Rivalidad por el récord de vuelta del sedán eléctrico
Porsche’s achievement comes amid a heated battle with Tesla for the electric sedan lap record at the Nürburgring. Previously, Tesla’s Model S Plaid held the record with a 7:25 lap time.
Porsche’s new Taycan GT model, developed with significant contributions from the Flacht GT department, boasts aggressive aerodynamics and suspension, setting a lap time two seconds slower than the Rimac Nevera and significantly faster than Tesla’s Plaid.

Porsche’s Commitment to Electric Innovation
While Porsche is yet to confirm the production intent of this “pre-series Taycan,” the car’s exceptional performance, equipped with a roll cage and racing seats for safety, signals the automaker’s commitment to leading the electric vehicle segment.
The full-lap video, expected to be released in mid-March, will likely coincide with the unveiling of the production-ready version, marking a new era for electric sports cars.
