The interior of تيسلا‘s upcoming electric pickup truck, the سايبرتك سايبرتك, is no longer a mystery thanks to leaked images of a prototype that was on display during the recent shareholder day at Giga Texas.
As you can see in the leaked photos, the سايبرتك سايبرتك‘s minimalistic interior design might not be everyone’s cup of tea.
Tesla is expected to start production of the Cybertruck in the next few months, and while we have seen plenty of exterior photos, the interior design of the electric truck has remained somewhat of a mystery.
An earlier prototype was displayed at Tesla’s annual shareholder meeting this month, providing one of the most detailed views of the Cybertruck so far. The leaked photos of the Cybertruck’s interior were shared on the Cybertruck Owner’s Club Forum.
Minimalistic Interior Design
One of the photos shows the interior from the driver’s perspective, with a special focus on the steering wheel, which is unlike any current Tesla variant.
The aggressively-raked windshield creates a lot of space on top of the dashboard. Visibility around the A-pillars benefits from the smaller triangular-shaped windows.
One of the most attention-grabbing details of the first leaked photo is the Cybertruck’s steering wheel, unlike any other Tesla steering wheel we have seen. It appears to be a hybrid of the yoke and traditionally-round steering wheels seen in the most recent الطراز S and X vehicles.
The indicator buttons on the steering wheel seem to indicate that the Cybertruck will not feature the traditional stalks.
The photo also shows a standard center console, which might indicate that the Cybertruck will not be available with a three-person bench seat.
The second leaked photo of the Cybertruck shows the interior from the driver’s side, looking into the vehicle. The photo clearly shows that this particular truck is a prototype, judging by the exposed cables, flatly designed driver’s seat, and overall fit and finish of the truck’s interior.
On the left side of the driver’s seat, we see three stylized buttons to allow the driver to find the perfect position in the vehicle.
Tesla is expected to start production of the Cybertruck this summer, with deliveries scheduled to take place in the third quarter. However, Tesla is known for delaying the launch of new vehicles, and we wouldn’t be surprised if that happened (again) with the Cybertruck.
